The benchtop micro-percussion marking machine 6 series b250 is the top model of the BERMA product range and is designed for identify mechanical components of all sizes that require particularly accurate marking.
They are characterized by an extremely robust mechanics with toothed belt transmission system and recirculating ball carriages and also by a large marking area of 250 x 200 mm.

The marking system is equipped with LED lighting (with 24 VDC power supply) on the work surface, which allows a clear view of the operations being carried out.

Electromagnetic stylus

Compact and simple to use, DOT6-b250 is the bench-top dot peen marking system characterized by great precision and high reliability.

It uses an electrically operated punch with a diameter of 4 mm, with a maximum actuation frequency of 100 Hz which can reach high processing speeds.

Pneumatic stylus

TOP6-b250 is a powerful and compact high performance benchtop dot peen marking system, designed to perform extremely precise and deep markings.

3, 6 and 16 mm diameter stylus can be used. Thanks to the pneumatic drive with a pressure of 6 bar, these tools allow to make markings up to 0.5 mm deep on untreated steel, so as to be clearly visible even after a subsequent painting or galvanizing.

Z axis motorized and controlled by the system

In b250Z series benchtop dot peen marking machine, the head is installed on a double column support with movement along the Z axis motorized and controlled by the system.

Compact and simple to use, can also be used with the self-learning sensor of the stylus distance (DOT6 only).
In this way the head is lowered along the Z axis until it reaches the surface to be marked and then returns back by the piece / stylus distance set by the user.
