Industrial marking machines BERMA dot peen and laser

Decio and Mauro Bergamini founded BERMA, one of the first Italian companies producing machines and equipment for industrial marking and identification.
Within a few years, BERMA markers established themselves on the market, finding application in several production lines.

Increasingly well-established in a wide range of industrial applications, BERMA marking systems are enriched with new solutions: the first automatic "margherita" (daisy) marking machines used for marking VIN codes on motorcycle frames are manufactured.

In 1997 BERMA becomes BERMA Macchine. The new plant in Budrio (BO) welcomes all the construction phases, together with the study of hardware and software and the Assistance Service.
The design and development of the new dot-peen marking systems begins, which will lead to the birth of the MB1 Series.

BERMA Macchine presents the MB2-P80 pneumatically driven portable marker, to perform extremely deep marking. In a short time, this marker becomes the reference for companies that need to make visible markings even after painting and/or galvanizing on large parts that are difficult to handle.

The innovative energy of BERMA Macchine enters the laser marking market: the total independence of the systems from the PC, the user-friendly UI and the development of the "IDENTIFY" programming platform, are the elements that allow BERMA to acquire leading positions in this industry, and to consolidate its leadership in dot-peen markers.

The development of ID-Leak testing instruments and the fifty years of experience acquired in the most varied industrial applications allow us to design and create customized "turnkey" systems and solutions, perfectly integrating at both hardware and software level.
