INTEGRA Integrable Laser Marking Systems
INTEGRA integrable laser marking systems are specifically designed for integration into other machines or production lines. They use 1060-1080 nm fiber laser sources with 20W and 30W power outputs, making them suitable for industrial coding of metal components and various types of plastic.
These integrable laser marking systems can be interfaced and controlled via RS-232 serial, USB or TCP/IP, through various communication protocols (MODBUS, Profinet, bermaCMD).
The INTEGRA integrable laser marking systems are designed for the direct connection of a serial barcode reader. With the same you can easily make linear and circular alphanumeric texts, logos, barcodes and 2D codes (Data Matrix and QR code).
They can be interfaced and controlled via RS-232 serial, USB or TCP/IP, through different communication protocols (MODBUS, Profinet, bermaCMD).
They are also arranged for the direct connection of a serial bar code reader. With the same you can easily make linear and circular alphanumeric texts, logos, barcodes and 2D codes (Data Matrix and QR code).
Through the optional X122 board, it is possible to interface an encoder and a photocell for the management of “Marking on the fly” of a moving detail. The high-performance optical elements and low power consumption ensure ahigh energy density which allows you to obtain permanent, high-quality marking in a short time. The positioning of the markings is made easy by the integrated aiming diode.
