DOT6-i80-Wi-Fi is micropercussion marker for integration that sets a new market benchmark: it packs a linear mechanics with 80 x 50 mm working area and high-performance electronics with USB, Wi-Fi, digital I/O and RS-232 connections on which the unit can be remotely driven either via ASCII bermaCMD protocol or Modbus-RTU (Ethernet and Profinet with optional board) into a space never before so small.
These features ensure the most effective integration into other systems, production lines, robotic cells and automation in general.

Easy to use, this integration marker can work on parts of various shapes and on surfaces of any material, including plastics and hardened steel (up to 62HRC).
In case the application in which they are inserted and/or their positioning requires it, a protective cap made of technical material can be installed to protect the marking head from dust, chips, splashes of water, oil or other agents.

Compact and easy to use, DOT6-i80-Wi-Fi provides a robust solution to meet the need for part identification within an automated system where a large marking area is required. It uses an electrically driven 4 mm diameter punch with a maximum drive frequency of 100 Hz, and due to its compact size is an ideal solution for identifying parts that do not require subsequent surface treatment.
Wi-Fi connection to Identify3 or MarkApp marking software for Android
Built-in Wi-Fi allows the system to be connected to the company network wirelessly, making it easy to use the powerful Identify3 marking software provided.
It is also possible to manage the remote panel on the MarkApp Android App, freely downloadable from the Play Store.
