Scratch marking

Scratch marking systems are used in applications where there are imposed limitations on the noise level (such as in electro-welded steelwork using pipes) where the use of micro-percussion devices would produce excessively high noise emissions.

The version TOP6-g130X of BERMA Machines guarantees a high ratio of precision e depth of marking, even in applications where Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of the marked characters is required.

The g130X scratch marking head has a marking area of 130 x 60 mm2 and can be mounted on columns or integrated into other machines, production lines or robotic islands.
