b250 – Benchtop Micropercussion Marker

Marking area 250x200mm

  • Reinforced structure for maximum mechanical strength
  • Large marking area
  • LED worktop lighting

b250 is a benchtop micropercussion marking machine designed for marking mechanical components of all sizes that require particularly accurate punching.

They feature extremely robust mechanics with toothed belt drive system and recirculating ball carriages and a large marking area of 250 x 200 mm.

The marking system is equipped with LED lighting (with 24 VDC power supply) of the work surface, which allows a clear view of the operations being performed.

DOT6-b250 benchtop micropercussion marking machine
Electromagnetically driven punch

Compact and easy to use, DOT6-b250 is the benchtop micropercussion marking system characterized by high precision and high reliability.

It uses an electrically driven 4 mm diameter punch with a max. drive frequency of 100 Hz that can achieve high processing speeds.

Pneumatically operated punch

TOP6-b250 is a high-performance, powerful and compact benchtop marking system ideal for making extremely accurate and deep markings.

Punches of 3, 6, and 16 mm diameter can be used, which, thanks to pneumatic actuation with 6 bar pressure, allow markings up to 0.5 mm deep on non-heat-treated steel to be clearly visible even after subsequent painting or galvanizing.

Z versions with automatic column

In the b250Z series benchtop micropercussion marking machines, the marking head is installed on a dual-column stand with movement along the Z axis motorized and controlled by the system.

They can also be used with the self-learning punch distance sensor (DOT6 only). In this way, the head lowers along the Z axis until it reaches the surface to be marked and then returns back by the part/punch distance set by the user.
