Electromagnetically driven punch

Compact and easy to use, the DOT6-b130 is the benchtop dot peen marker characterised by great precision and high reliability.

It uses an electrically driven 4-mm diameter punch with a maximum drive frequency of 100 Hz. Its compact size makes it an ideal solution for identifying manageable components in a very small space.

Pneumatically operated punch

The TOP6-b130 is a high-performance, powerful and compact benchtop dot peen marking machine, ideal for creating extremely precise and deep markings.

Punches with a diameter of 3 and 6 mm can be used which, thanks to the pneumatic drive with a pressure of 6 bar, allow micro-percussion markings to be made up to 0.5 mm deep on non-heat-treated steel, so that they are clearly visible even after subsequent surface treatments.

Z versions with automatic column

In the b130Z series benchtop micropercussion marking machines, the marking head is installed on a dual-column stand with movement along the Z axis motorized and controlled by the system.

They can also be used with the self-learning punch distance sensor (DOT6 only). This causes the head to move down along the Z axis until it reaches the surface to be marked and then back down by the part/punch distance set by the user.
