SUPREME is a cabinet-mounted laser marking machine designed and built to ensure maximum flexibility in the industrial production cycle. A single machine can mark numerous, larger pieces in multiple locations.

This cabinet laser marking machine can be equipped with laser sources of various wavelengths.
The fiber versions feature long-life sources ranging from 20W to 100W, with Q-switched or MOPA technology.

High-performance, low-power optical elements ensure high energy density, which enables permanent, high-quality marking in a short time. Positioning of markings is facilitated by the integrated aiming diode.

Controlled movement of the laser scanning head along the auxiliary X and Y axes results in a large working area that spans almost the entire width of the workpiece support plane.

Constant pitch M8 drilling on the table allows for extremely fast, precise and equal tool changes for all BERMA laser markers.

The SUPREME Cabin Laser Marking Machine can be optionally equipped with a rotary axis device for marking cylindrical parts up to 250 mm in diameter, or with an automatic tag loader. This allows for simultaneous operation in two modes (e.g., circular marking with a rotary axis on one side and flat marking on the other), or for loading a pallet with a large quantity of parts and using the matrix marking function with adjustable X and Y pitch.

The internal lighting and pointing system, combined with the ease of use of the Identify3 software supplied, allow the marking layout to be set up quickly, optimizing setup time.
