SIGNOMAT – Marking Systems with Electrolytic Technology
High-contrast permanent marking
Signomat marking devices work on all electrically conductive surfaces reliably and with high contrast.
Signomat is suitable for both single part marking and electrochemical marking of small, medium and large series.
They are the ideal solution for particularly sensitive uses such as marking on surgical instruments, implants and products for the food, aviation and automotive industries.
Marking stamps can be adapted to virtually any part shape: flat, convex, concave, round surfaces, etc.
With the Signomat marking device you can electrolytically mark your parts quickly, easily and economically.

Signomat S2e
This is the smallest and cheapest item in the series of electrolytic marking devices. Compact, simple and fast: ideal for all those who wish to mark small quantities of parts from time to time in a permanent and economical way. It is especially suitable for metal marking.
Signomat S100
Features electronic short-circuit protection, microprocessor and illuminated digital display that facilitates the setting of marking parameters. The exact marking time and the choice of light-dark marking type are immediately displayed.
Each S100 marker comes standard with a foot switch with which the start of the marking process can be activated. After the set marking time has elapsed, an audible signal indicates that the marking process is finished.
Signomat S100 allows you to select the marking voltage. It can be marked with 12, 18 or 24 volts. Higher marking voltages are needed, for example, for marking nonferrous metals such as aluminum, in the case of surface-treated parts, large signage and graphics, and for the use of some low-corrosion electrolytes.
Signomat S200
Has a fixed marking voltage of 12 volts is sufficient for about 95 percent of standard small and medium-sized series markings. After the set marking time has elapsed, an audible signal indicates that the marking process is finished.
Expansion Systems
For medium-sized marking series, SIGNOMAT marking devices can be combined with expansion systems that facilitate precise positioning with different media, such as the L1 workpiece holder unit and the M1 Etch-Station.
