The CRAFTYTWIN CNC Machine Loader is the ideal solution for automating the servicing of both new and older machine tools. The two-pallet recirculating system optimizes working autonomy and allows manual loading/unloading operations to be performed in masked time.

Main Benefits

The command and control interface of the CRAFTYBOX CNC machine loader is simple and intuitive, and allows you to easily enter all the operating parameters (pallet matrix, gripping point, positioning of the piece on the machine, etc.), even in self-learning mode.

Once the setup phase is completed, the subsequent operation of the CRAFTITWIN CNC machine loader is completely autonomous and allows for precise and repetitive detection of processing times.

The pallet changer system increases the machine’s production capacity by allowing the Operator to perform other actions (loading, unloading, tooling ,etc.) during autonomous operation.
